This site gives general information about water damage and offers a phone number. Calling it connects you with an independent local contractor who talks with you on that call. We do not do the work, we do not collect your details for later contact and any agreement you make is between you and the contractor. The numbered sections below set out the full terms.

By using this website or calling the number shown on it, you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Muhammad Aamir Siddiqui ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the phone service.

This is a call-in referral service. When you call, your call is routed to an independent restoration contractor who speaks with you on that call. Contractors are separate businesses. They are not our employees, agents or partners, and we do not supervise their work. We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available at a particular time or able to take on a particular job.

Any inspection, scope of work, schedule or contract is agreed directly between you and the contractor during or after your call. You are responsible for deciding whether to hire them. Before work starts, ask about their qualifications, any licenses required for the work involved (for example, Texas requires licensing for plumbing and for larger mold remediation jobs) and their insurance, and read any agreement before signing.

Calling does not give permission for anyone to call, text or email you later, and we do not do so. Anything arranged after your call is agreed between you and the contractor while you are speaking with them.

You agree not to misuse the site or phone service, including by making abusive or fraudulent calls, interfering with the site's operation, scraping it in bulk or attempting to access systems you are not authorized to use.

The text, design and images on this site belong to the site operator or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Copying or republishing content without permission is not allowed.

Links to outside websites are provided for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site and phone service are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we make no promises about the work, conduct or results of any contractor.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or phone service, or from any contractor's work. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the site operator against claims arising from your misuse of the site or phone service or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be brought in the state courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms, and the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
