Questions or requests about this policy can be made by calling the number on this site and explaining that your call is about privacy. We do not currently publish a privacy email address or mailing address.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and calls made to the phone number it displays. The independent restoration contractors your call is connected to run their own businesses and follow their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
Information we receive
You are never asked to type in your name, email, home address or phone number on this site, because it has no forms. If you call, the call passes through a call routing provider, which may handle technical details such as the number you called from, the date, time and length of the call and the general area it came from. Calls may be recorded by the routing provider or by the contractor for quality and dispute purposes, and you will be told when a call is recorded where the law requires it.
When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically handles routine technical data, such as your IP address, browser and device type and the pages you request, so the site can be delivered and protected.
Information we do not collect
We do not gather contact details so that anyone can get in touch with you later. We do not make outbound calls, send text messages or send emails to people who call, and we do not use caller information for marketing of any kind. We never ask for payment card numbers, government ID numbers or health information.
How information is used
Call data is used to route your call to an independent contractor, to run and secure the phone service, to understand call volumes and to handle disputes or legal obligations. Website technical data is used to deliver, secure and improve the site.
Retention and security
Call records are kept by the routing provider for a limited period for operational, quality and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymized according to its schedule. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards protect information, though no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what personal information is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do not sell or share it). California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right not to be treated differently for using them. To make a request, call the number on this site and say your call concerns privacy. We may need to confirm your identity, and we aim to respond within 45 days.
Children
This site is meant for adults dealing with property damage. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
